We sell 100’s of products from some of the world’s leading brands. 

At the heart of our business we have a successful bricks & mortar store - Foundation Health & Fitness in Scarborough (N Yorkshire).  Since opening in August 2008 we have served 1000’s of customers face to face on a daily basis.  This has given us the perfect opportunity to receive great feedback on the products they buy & also helps us to decided what to sell.  We have built our reputation on outstanding customer service, impartial & no obligation advice.

Our aim is to offer our customers the very best choice of these products, whilst raising awareness through our impartial advice, articles and reviews.

We personally test every single product that hits our shelves, and when we say test, we mean TEST. All prospective new products are analysed, scrutinized, dissected and lived with by our team. From the product itself, to the packaging and brand statements, we question it all.  If it doesn’t work – we don’t stock it!

It is important to us that our customers get products that are right for them.  We understand that no two body types are the same. We are always on hand to offer advice and can be contacted by email and phone or via one of our social platforms, such as Facebook. We hold large stock balances of all products, all in house. Any order placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. We also deliver orders the same day to our customers that live close by to our Foundation Health & Fitness Store.

All UK orders now matter how big or small are sent next day delivery for FREE and all orders are meticulously packed, ensuring that they reach our customers in the same way they left our warehouse.
