Delivery Policy

Free Next Day - UK Mainland Delivery

At Hulk Supplements, we offer FREE Next Day Delivery for all UK Mainland orders.

We use Royal Mail and Interlink, who both offer a service that allows both the sender and receiver to track a parcel every step of the way from leaving our warehouse all the way to your door.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will Email you the Courier & Tracking information, in case you would like to check the status of the delivery. If for any reason you do not receive your order on time, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.

ORDERS UNDER 1KG

All orders placed on a weekday before 17:00pm and under 1kg will be shipped the same day, by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.  Orders placed after 17:00pm will be dispatched  the next working day.

ORDERS OVER 1KG

All orders placed on a weekday before 12:00pm, over 1kg will be shipped by Interlink on a Next Day service.  Orders placed after 12:00pm will be sent the next working day.

NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND BRITISH ISLANDS DELIVERY CHARGES

PLEASE NOTE - The term British Islands occurs to Islands or isles that are separated from the British Mainland by any form of water where a delivery car, van or lorry cannot reach by land.

ORDERS OVER 1KG

Our Free delivery service for all items only includes mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Any other British island including Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands will be charged at  the rates below:

Isle of Wight - £11.50

Channel Islands - £18.00

Isles of Scilly - £18.00

Scottish Highlands and Islands - £18.00

Delivery time will depend on the option you choose for delivery and all items require a signature upon delivery.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

We do accept orders from the Republic Of Ireland but there is a £18.00 delivery charge for all deliveries.

BRITISH ARMED FORCES

Over 1kg - We can delivery to armed forces addresses with a full UK postcode. Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery of over 1kg to a BFPO address.

Less than 1kg - As above but with the exception BFPO are accepted.

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL NEED EXTRA PAYMENT PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER THANK YOU.

We will do everything we can to make sure you get your order on the 1st attempt, ensuring we are offering the best service we possibly can.  If for any reason our Couriers lose your parcel we will dispatch a replacement to you straight away within the same day. We want you to be confident that once you have placed your order, it will arrive as quickly as possible.
